SEPS' products aren't worth much if they're never available when you need them. Availability is just as important as security and privacy, and we understand that. Read on to learn how SEPS handles availability concerns.
The purpose of this document is to establish SEPS' policy for handling down-time.
Advance notice in the context of this document refers to a minimum of 24 hours.
Business hours for SEPS are 09:00-17:00 (Asia/Bangkok).
In the context of this document, an extended period refers to a period of time greater than 24 hours.
SEPS will never intentionally bring a service down during business hours unless advance notice is given.
If an issue arises which results in unintentional down-time, SEPS personnel will work to resolve said issue immediately regardless of the time of day or day of the week (i.e., whether it is during business hours or not). Should the down-time last for an extended period, customers will begin to accrue credit towards their account for every 24-hour period that the outage persists.
